Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ListingBuzz (“we,” “us,” the “Service”), a tool that turns listing photos into short video walkthroughs using AI. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

You upload photos (or, in the future, a supported listing link). We generate a short video for each photo using third-party AI models, then combine them into one video with your chosen style, music, captions, and optional narration. You review the result and download or share it.

AI-generated video is not a factual record of the property. Motion, lighting, and detail in each clip are synthesized by an AI model from a single photo and can occasionally render something that doesn't exactly match the real space. You are responsible for reviewing every clip before publishing it anywhere, and for making sure the final video doesn't misrepresent the property you're advertising.

You can generate one video without providing an email — we create an anonymous session automatically. We ask for your email only when you download or share your first video. Providing a real email lets you sign back in and recover your videos and any purchased credits; an anonymous session tied to browser storage alone may be lost if you clear your browser or switch devices.

• Rendering a video costs credits, based on how many photos and optional features (like AI voiceover) you use. The exact amount is shown before you confirm.
• Credits are purchased through Stripe and do not expire.
• If a render fails on our end, the credits it used are refunded automatically to your balance.
• Purchases are otherwise final. Contact hello@listingbuzz.app if something went wrong with a charge.
• There is no subscription — you only pay for credits you buy.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the videos we generate from them. By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it (e.g. it's your own listing photo, or you have permission from whoever took it), and you grant us a license to process it — including sending it to third-party AI providers — solely to generate your video.

Don't upload photos you don't have the rights to, or content that's illegal, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights.

You're responsible for making sure any video you publish complies with the advertising rules of your real estate board, MLS, brokerage, and local fair housing laws — including any required disclosure that a listing video was generated or enhanced using AI. We don't review your videos for regulatory compliance before you publish them.

Generating a video sends your photos and listing details to third-party AI providers (currently including fal.ai for video generation, and Anthropic for optional voiceover scripts) for processing. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to that processing in addition to ours.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of AI-generated output. To the maximum extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these Terms, including abuse of the free-credit system or uploading content you don't have rights to.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
